Had a really good summer, working part time earning some dosh and getting myself organised!
Got me a job at a near by school in Ipswich and loving it! Hectic first 2 weeks, getting to know the school, staff and kids but I have never been happier - hopefully I will be here after xmas!
1 year induction and then no more paper work for teaching - unless i take up that masters!
Soooooo. long time since i posted - totally lose track of time…
Hectic last few weeks of teacher training, but I did it! I am now a fully qualified teacher!

7 weeks until I am an aparent Design and Technology teacher… seems a little surreal where I am standing…
Too much paper work left, assignment 3 no where near finished and a portfolio that lacks completion!
Off to view a job on tuesday… hope to apply… hope to get the job…
Its going to be a tough 7 weeks.
…and I’m off the course.
Portfolio destined to be finished in Easter Hols, receiving ‘good’ standard lessons since before Xmas… and if I fail 1 more assignment - I’m off the course…

to meet my new year 9 class tomorrow! my own class from scratch, my personalised scheme of work and quite an exciting project to start! BRING IT ON!
So I just sat and rescheduled, replanned and changed the scheme of work for a 7 week project into a 5 week project knowing that 7 weeks is not really enough anyways…
Some teachers would probably say that’s easy, but I feel rather good about myself right now…. Bring on the new year 9 class on Friday!!
